We don't have a standard cabin size, although for transport costs the largest size is 9000mm x 3500mm overall

This size eliminates expensive delivery costs

However , all sizes can be built , and transport priced accordingly

As we build to a customized size as required there is no standard cost

Permits are dependant on individual councils.
Some councils are satisfied with our engineered cabins and don't require permits as long as they are relocatable, which ours are.
Building permits can be obtained by us along with plans and specifications

All our cabins are fully insulated as required, and can be made to fulfill all energy rated requirements

All cabins are wired up to your requirements, with either 15 amp portable outlet or hard wired to your house

All cabins come with an electrical safety compliance certificate

All cabins are plumbed up to plumbing fixtures as required

Cabins can be plumbed with various waste systems or be connected to your house

We do a lot of cabins that are fairly difficult to access the rear of property , we can custom make to fit in or even take them over the top of the house. This sounds like a big drama, but in reality it is fairly easy and affordable

From point of sale to delivery , normally takes about 4 weeks, depending on already ordered cabins completion.

All cabin works are based on a deposit of 20% and progress payments as required

For our interstate customers , we send photos of completed stages for your record.
